Returns & Exchanges
Returns for a full refund will be accepted if postmarked within 10 days of being delivered.
Returns for store credit will be accepted if postmarked within 15 days of being delivered.
Exchanges will be accepted if postmarked (or returned during open hours) within 20 days of being delivered. Please include the size and detailed description of what you would like to exchange for.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If incorrect or defective items were sent, Simply Styled will cover the cost of return shipping.
Sale priced items and custom orders are final sale. These items cannot be returned.
Items for return or exchange must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items for exchange or return appear to be washed or worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, or beyond the accepted return time frame, it will be sent back at the customers expense.
